Overview

Our ultimate goal is to ensure our customers having a remarkable shopping experience at FaithEgo Eyewear. In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, you can return the new and unused product with 30 days from the date of delivery.

Basic Rules

  • Non-customized products are eligible for return.
  • Non-prescription products are eligible for return.
  • Only regular items may be refunded. Mystery box items cannot be refunded.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your received, we can’t offer you a full return or refund.

*Date you received means the logistic shows “delivered date”.

Return Process

  • Products with defects or quality problems

Products with defects or quality problems can be return with a free shipping label. Please note, returning for this reason, you should apply for the returning 7 days after you received parcel. (not 30 days).

How to apply for a free return label:

  • Within 7 days after the parcel received.
  • Email us service@faithego.com with the subject title [I want to return + order number].
  • Provide neccsary information as your name, the product name(s), and reason for your return in the email.
  • Pictures for the product with the original packing and defects or problem parts need to be provided.
  • We will respond to your request during normal business hours. After your return request has been approved, you will receive a label to the provided email address.
  • Once your return is received and inspected and you send the email, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-defected product return

  • Within 30 days after the parcel received.
  • No need to apply for return, just send it back to our Chinese factory’s warehouse.
  • Provide a note inside the parcel stating your contact information, order number and “I would like a refund” to make sure informing us refund rather than exchanges.
  • Email us service@faithego.com with your order number and the tracking information.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning.
  • Previous shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the order is free shipping, a return fee of $6.99 will be removed from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected and you send the email, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at serivce@faithego.com.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product, please follow the “Non-defected Product Return” process.

  • Within 30 days after the parcel received.
  • Send back to our warehouse but provide a note stating “I would like to exchange”.
    Email us service@faithego.com with your order number and the tracking information.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and the new parcel shipping cost.
  • We will reply your email and send a link for the shipping cost. After you pay for the new shipping cost, product will be send out.

Customize Tips

  1.  Upload file format limited to JPG, PNG & BMP. Other file may cause your design fail.
  2.  The size of a single image limited 3M.  The larger the image, the slower the upload speed.
  3.  The value of RGB (255,255,255) is saved for transparent color in the system. Please do not set white color to (255,255,255) in any image or text.
    • If “Add Text”, do not set the font color to (255, 255, 255). E.g., (255, 255, 254) is fine;
    • If you upload a design drawing, the color of the elements in the design drawing (255, 255, 255) should be changed;
    • It doesn’t matter if you upload a photo. Photo generally does not contain elements of pure (255, 255, 255) color.

Polarized lenses work by reducing glare from bright light off reflective surfaces and slightly increasing contrast, so they should make it easier to see things clearly in bright light. (What Are Polarized Lenses?)
